Every employee knows that they‘re not just responsible for their own work, but rather for that of their colleagues as well. They know that each success is the result of a joint effort. This consciousness is typical for SAM.
We talk about current successes and difficulties in our daily Shopfloor rounds, which take place through the management level to our employees.Hence, we are able to recognise problems at an early stage and to solve them efficiently.
Our trainees are involved in monthly rounds. In these the General management informs about new projects or news in our company. We also use these rounds for asking our apprentices to provide us feedback on various issues. Thus, we not only want to know, what our apprentices think about their apprenticeship, but also want to find out their strength for being able to offer them a working place after the success completion of their apprenticeship. The aim is to develop a connection to SAM from the very beginning and to become part of us.
