In addition to regular employment and vocational training, we additionally offer internships for school and university students. We are also able to supervise bachelor and master’s theses on economic and technical topics after prior consultation.

Our training opportunities
Your vocational training at SAM
Together with our partner companies, we have many years of experience in offering intensive supervision for apprentices and trainees. When training fresh talents, we place high value on practice-oriented knowledge and personal development. By pushing and supporting our trainees in equal measure, we allow you to make the most of vocational training with excellent prospects and a high likelihood of staying on at our company.
In our monthly feedback meetings, we focus on helping you to achieve a successful training qualification and a smooth transition to the ideal job for you.
When it comes to vocational training, we strive to ensure that every trainee feels like part of a big team right from the word go and wants to do their best to contribute to the team’s work. We are therefore always looking for motivated young people who are keen to achieve meaningful accomplishments and actively shape their future.
We currently offer vocational training for the following occupations:
- Construction mechanic (field: steel and metal working)
